Peartree1 Ltd is a domiciliary care provider that offer the whole population including vulnerable adults the opportunity to live independently in the comfort of their own home, and supported living with an individualized package of care and support.
The service offers the opportunity for individuals to live at home, and to have the support of
trained staff helping them maintain welfare and choice, support with daily living skills, support with emotional needs, support with personal care and whilst maintaining a level of independence at home and empowering the service user. We pride the organisation in offering this opportunity to a service user for as long as they need it without the restrictions of time, and individualizing, reviewing and managing their needs, with their input and making support a success.
We provide patient centered care to deliver a service of the highest quality that will improve and sustain the client’s overall quality of life, evidence-based care is provided as per Nice Guidelines and clinical governance protocols.
